Data Deletion Instructions for EasyISF.com

Mendiola Customs Brokerage provides the following instructions for users who wish to disconnect EasyISF.com from a third-party login provider and/or request deletion of certain personal data associated with the EasyISF.com portal.

This page is intended for use in connection with our web-based portal and third-party single sign-on ("SSO") options, including, where applicable, providers such as Meta/Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and similar account-login services.

1. Disconnecting a Third-Party Login Provider

If you used a third-party login provider to sign in to EasyISF.com, you may be able to revoke or remove EasyISF.com's access through that provider's account settings.

Removing EasyISF.com from a third-party login provider generally stops future authentication or access through that provider, but it does not automatically delete your EasyISF.com account, Portal profile, customs-business records, or other data maintained by Mendiola Customs Brokerage.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account and verify your identity and authority to make the request.

Where permitted by law, we may delete personal account data from active systems upon a valid request. However, requests for deletion remain subject to legal, regulatory, customs, security, verification, and recordkeeping requirements.

3. Important Federal Record Retention Notice

Mendiola Customs Brokerage is a licensed U.S. customs brokerage and is subject to federal customs recordkeeping requirements. Certain customs-business records, including records related to ISF filings, customs entries, powers of attorney, identity-verification records, and related customs-business activity, may be required by federal law to be retained for specified periods and therefore may not be deleted immediately upon request.

Accordingly, we cannot delete information that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law, regulation, legal process, customs broker obligations, security requirements, identity-verification requirements, dispute-resolution needs, or recordkeeping requirements. Records that must be retained will be maintained for the applicable retention period and deleted or destroyed when no longer required to be kept.
